For online transactions, Authorize.net (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express) are welcome.

Terms and conditions of sale
Our prices are in Canadian dollars ($CAN) and do not include delivery charges, customs fees and other fees such as customs broker if applicable.
Exchanges and warranties
Refillable vapes can be exchanged within 15 days of receipt if the product is defective. Disposable vapes can be exchanged within 2 days of receipt if they present any of the following issues: leaking, self-activation, or inability to open the device.
Delivery
Shipping costs and delivery times: Shipping costs and delivery times are given according to the destination and method of transport selected. We use the services of Canada Post Corporation.
Delivery date not met: If for any reason we cannot deliver the products on time, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of cancelling your order.
Returns and exchanges
We will replace or issue a refund for any goods damaged during delivery, without any additional cost to the customer.
Payment security
When you place an order with the Authorize.net payment system, your transaction is directed to a secured Internet payment terminal. This connection uses the latest generation SST encryption protocol. The Authorize.net securing and prevention tools are among the best on the market.
All transaction data is encrypted for transfer from your computer to the Authorize.net server, the only server able to decrypt the information. Authorize.net then transmits the order information, without the credit card details to the merchant.

You may file a complaint by phone, mail, fax, or e-mail. We will deal with any complaints within 3 days of their receipt, at no charge to the buyer.
Personal data collection and use
All personal information collected will only be used to process your order and handle your complaint, if possible. Only the following information will be collected during the order process:
- Last Name
- First Name
- Address
- Phone number
- E-mail address
Rest assured that all personal information collected will be kept private. It will only be used to:
- Confirm your order by e-mail
- Send a payment receipt if you have ordered with a credit card
- Ensure speedy and accurate delivery of your order
- For customer service follow-up, as explained below.
Customer agreement
No information will be collected without your agreement. Please note that by filling your order form or filing a complaint, you are automatically giving your consent.
Sharing of data with third parties
Your personal information will never be shared or communicated to third parties.
Accessing of information
You can access and modify your personal information at any time on our website by logging in to your client account.
Complaints
To file a complaint on the use of your personal data, please contact Vape Wôlinak. Your complaint will be analyzed and handled within three business days of its receipt. We will then inform you of our decision. The complaint handling process is free of charge.
Policy changes
We will advise you of any changes we may need to make to our Privacy Policy. The latest modification date will be displayed at the bottom of each page of the revised Privacy Policy. In such case, the website will be updated immediately. The Privacy Policy in effect at the time of the order, however, always takes precedence.
PARCEL INSURANCE POLICY
1. Purpose
Our Parcel Insurance protects your orders against parcels not received and parcels damaged during transit.
2. Subscription & Fee
- Optional add-on offered at checkout, with the fee displayed at order confirmation.
- Applies per order and for the delivery address entered at checkout.
3. Coverage Scope
- Not received: no delivery confirmed at the specified address.
- Damaged: item(s) arrived damaged, broken, or unusable.
- Proof of delivery: a photo taken by the courier may be used to confirm delivery and drop-off location.
4. Exclusions
- Parcel theft after delivery at the correct address (e.g., package stolen from doorstep).
- Parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or incomplete/incorrect address.
- Deterioration occurring after delivery is confirmed by the carrier.
- Delays or losses due to force majeure (strikes, severe weather, disasters, etc.).
- Items not insurable or excluded by law/carrier conditions.
Important: The company is not responsible for parcel theft or parcels delivered to an incorrect address.
5. Filing a Claim
- Timeframe: within 15 calendar days from the expected delivery date or delivery confirmation.
- Required: order number, description of the issue, photos of the parcel/product damaged, and any requested evidence (including courier photo if applicable).

6. Compensation
- Upon claim approval: replacement (subject to stock) or refund of the tax-included value of insured items.
- No coverage limit.
- Insurance fees are non-refundable.
7. Verification & Fraud
We may request additional information, review carrier data (including delivery photo), and deny a claim in case of inconsistency or fraud.
8. Final Provisions
- This insurance does not affect applicable consumer legal rights.
- This policy may be updated; the online version at the date of purchase prevails.
